Director and Producer Rolf Hammerschmidt is head of Hammer, winner of 4 Venus Awards for his films "Club Paradise," "Dschungelboys," "Im Dienste des Sultans" and "Heisse Tränen."
Since 1990 he has produced over 800 films, some of the most famous titles in the 90s were "MÄRCHENKNABEN," "BOYTROPOLIS" and "INTERNAT 1900." His Film "Hungry For Love" was awarded "Best European Film" in Australia and Canada. In 2002 - 03 his films "Dschungelboys" and "Service Total" received awards at the HEAT GAY Festival in Spain.
For Rolf Hammerschmidt, the most important philosophy as a director is to really tell a narrative story within each film.
